Radiator service and oil change. Infiniti of Bakersfield in particular it's service department and it's Manger Gary have treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy every time I'v Infiniti of Bakersfield in particular it's service department and it's Manger Gary have treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy every time I've taken my Q50 in for its regular service appointments. Recently I had a radiator problem originally caused by a collision I was involved in. I explained to the service manager what my problem was and that the body shop employees at another establishment failed three times to fix. Gary assured me he would permanently fix my issue. Not only did Gary and his team fix my car and have her purring like a kitten again they were able to preform an oil change and the radiator problem in under 48hours. I can't explain how happy I am to have my beautiful Infiniti back in my hands in such a great time frame and for well under what I originally thought it would cost me. Thank you again Infiniti if Bakersfield for your outstanding service. More

Any issue, that was miniscule, was resolved right away. For example, my vehicle required a recall. To prevent me from leaving work, Marques worked with my schedule and had my car picked up and had it delivered back to me. Then I received a service text that my vehicle was checked in and was received. I can go on with continued praise but I seem to be reaching my word count limit..haha. Zack, Marques, and Miguel are not only friendly, kind, respectful, easy with conversation, but they are also honest :-). They made the process of getting a vehicle stress free; especially with what you like because you have to happy and satisfied with what your driving as the comsumer. My son defintiely loves the new car. He told me without even asking. Also, Betty is a sweetheart. I am a first time Infiniti customer and I have the Q50. I not only like my car, I love it. I was recommended by my mom and step dad to visit Infinti of Bakersfield, of which they drive the QX80 and QX30. Overall so far so good and I don't regret my decision because I know that if I have an issue or concern I know that it will be taken care of. I know this review was only for the service center, but I also wanted to capture sales and finance as well. For anyone whose reading this just know I highly recommend :-D. Thank you IOB. More
