Outstanding Customer Service I live in Phx Az and got stranded in Lost Hills Ca called service contract they sent a tow truck the service manager Gary was sooo kind and caring he I live in Phx Az and got stranded in Lost Hills Ca called service contract they sent a tow truck the service manager Gary was sooo kind and caring he stayed 3 hours past close to accomendate my car coming in!!’ Gave me his cell number in case needed. Directed us to a nearby hotel. He had a loaner waiting when I got there and guided us personally to hotel. ( my daughter had just had surgery on her mouth and so my car stopping was not good! They had me running by 12 the next day! Awesome Dealership and Managers! More

Exorbitant Fees-Lousy Service This Insurance covered repair was a terrible experience. After charging over $2,000 for two Infiniti wheels, these guys had the guts to charge me $15 This Insurance covered repair was a terrible experience. After charging over $2,000 for two Infiniti wheels, these guys had the guts to charge me $150 to put the rims on the car, not to mention another couple of hundred to balance the rims. They also sat on the repairs needlessly for ten days, costing me additional car rental fees. When I asked to speak with the Service Manager, the counter clerk said no manager of any kind was in duty. They would not give me the car without paying their exorbitant fees, but promised to have the Service Manager call me first thing in the morning. That never happened. Avoid this dealership like the plague! More
