Ridiculous I used to love bringing my Infiniti to this dealership. However my last visit left me really unimpressed. I brought my car back for a recall mainten I used to love bringing my Infiniti to this dealership. However my last visit left me really unimpressed. I brought my car back for a recall maintenance a couple months ago and had a couple other issues that needed to be checked out. One of them being my ac but decided to get it serviced at a later time since my bill was already over $500. Fast forward to today and had my ac checked out at another local car auto repair place. Come to find out, they found a bag covering the ac components. I can’t believe that with all the work being done on the car at Infiniti they didn’t happen to see this and couldn’t at lease mention it at the time of my last service. I’m really disappointed with this dealership. More

Gary, the Service Manager, and his team simply do a great job. They are very customer-centric and totally trustworthy (Really!). There is no constantly trying to convince the customer to buy an unneeded service like I have encountered at other places, which is why I not only take my Infiniti exclusively to Infiniti of Bakersfield, but also the vehicles of my friends and family regardless of vehicle make. This is a wonderful operation from the top down. More
