Had to have another dealer diagnose the vehicle after brought in for insurance claim because Akron infinity could not fix and repair vehicle told us it need rear differential and was unable to be driven brought in for insurance claim because Akron infinity could not fix and repair vehicle told us it need rear differential and was unable to be driven found out at another dealer transfer case was broken after taking back to infinity to replace transfer case that they missed got my car back tonight with some notes they left me all over the hood will be filling law suite. Worst dealer ever service manager couldn’t fix a pen if he tried and general manager Frank has no common sense stay away run go somewhere else trust me worst dealer ever More
BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR THE LAST 8. TO 10 YEARS. MY SCHEDULE OVER TIME HAS NOT ALLOWED ME TO PICK A TIME IN ADVANCE, SO I HAVE ALWAYS HAD TO WORK IN MY SERVICING CATCH AS CATCH CAN. AM TO 10 YEARS. AMAZINGLY THE INFINITI CREWS HAVE ALWAYS FOUND A WAY TO WORK ME IN ON A TIMELY BASIS. THE TECHS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN WILLING TO ADDRESS MY QUESTIONS, PROVIDED GOOD KNOWLEDGEABLE ANSWERS AND TREATED ME WITH RESPECT, NO MATTER HOW DUMB MY QUESTIONS MIGHT HAVE BEEN. Been a customer for almost 8 years and always gave 5 star reviews--then the dealership was sold, and the lack of responsiveness and service is appalling. 3 weeks ago we took our car in for 2 very specific p reviews--then the dealership was sold, and the lack of responsiveness and service is appalling. 3 weeks ago we took our car in for 2 very specific problems, one of which was to rectify a previous 'fix' the dealership did under warranty just a few weeks prior. The estimate stated 'do not charge customer', and yet they did. AND they did an oil change which was 2000 miles premature, and we did NOT agree to because it was not needed. Six calls and numerous promises by both the service and sales managers to refund what we are owed have gotten us nowhere, so we now have to dispute the entire charge. What a shame this once-fabulous dealership has gone down the tubes at warp-speed. In the future we will drive to Cleveland and hope for better customer care. More

I took my used Qx80 that I purchased privately in for an inspection. I had my private mechanic go over the car before I purchased but wanted an Infiniti mechanic to inspect also, Everything was in line wi inspection.
