INFINITI at Atlantic

Apparently no one knew what they were doing when it came to the contract. 2 weeks after I purchased the they called and told me I owed them an additional $1300 to cover the pay off. I thought that was what to the contract. 2 weeks after I purchased the they called and told me I owed them an additional $1300 to cover the pay off. I thought that was what the sales person and the finance manager was supposed to do. On top of that they charged me $250 for a new plate when I already had a vanity plate. They have since credited me most of the $250. Not very impressive. More

Had a little difficulty with communication. Had to reach out to a Sales Manager after waiting 4 hours for my Sales person to return my call, and never had. Seemed a bit long. Let me start off by saying Bryan Shannon was a great salesman!!!!! This review score has nothing to do with him but more so the service we received from the Finance department! The manager (Aris) went back on the deal and price once he realized I was not financing through the dealership and the and Danny who I completed the paper work with was very RUDE! He stood there arguing with us because we chose not to do things his way. Questioning our judgment and decisions. Drove over two hours to get there and be treated so rudely.
