Went in for a simple oil change. Was told OEM oil was not available and had to be ordered in, a 20-30 min delay. Or I could pay $30 more for synthetic. I said I wanted OEM. Then when service was done I was told it would be 30 min to wait for car wash because it was “backed up” even tho waiting area didn’t seem busy. Finally, when I got in car, the windshield sticker said next oil change was due at 178,000 miles even though my car only has 80,000 miles on. Sticker also said next change was due 8/8/2024, which is one year from date of service. They can’t even get window sticker info correct, which makes me question how good multi-point inspection was performed. I have an airbag warning light flashing on my dashboard and they didn’t mention anything about it! More
The salesman (Dan) we were matched with was fidgety, aggressive, interrupted, and asked the same questions over and over because he wasn't listening. I understand we were there to buy a car that is not aggressive, interrupted, and asked the same questions over and over because he wasn't listening. I understand we were there to buy a car that is not an Infiniti but he had no knowledge of the vehicle and did not seem to want to learn more. Later, he misinformed me about details of the deal, and told me "don't get mad!" at my first question. I was sent to speak with the manager who clarified the actual deal terms...not what I agreed to initially. I bought the vehicle because they had the one I wanted...not because of the dealership. More

Bait and switch. 2 separate vehicles. Wasted my time and what they will do is add 2500 to the price of car for nonsense and another 899 for dealer fee. So if you find 2 separate vehicles. So if you find a car here low ball them at least 4000 but don’t plan on finding any advertised car here for sale. The 2 cars (Qx80) I tried to purchase are still advertised on Autotrader and their own site, and one is even a sponsored add. Trash dealership. Go anywhere else. More
