excessive wait time 5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. There wa s a recall but that needed a part so no work was done. Scheduled Service Call I had gone online to request service and was shown many choices for the day I chose and allowed to pick the advisor I wanted., When I came in Kevin g I had gone online to request service and was shown many choices for the day I chose and allowed to pick the advisor I wanted., When I came in Kevin greeted me and knew what was what my requests were. After service completed an inspection I was texted with possible issues and whether I wanted anything else done.. There was no pressure on what I should or should not choose. Kevin was very knowledgeable and professional as always. More
