This last appt. yesterday was disturbing in that I was notified because of a written notice that if I paid by credit card I would have to pay and additional 2.5 % of my bill. This tells me two things. First, it conveys to me that Stuart Infinity is feeling the pinch (as we all are). With a high end dealer this conveys that Stuart Infinity May be having more serious financial hardship that may possibly lead to closing. With that concern, I am very concerned about buying a new vehicle at your dealership. Second, you have instituted and additional charge to customers without ever notifying them of this in advance. Love the service but very reserved and disappointed about your marketing and financial future! More
