20,000 mile service Service people were friendly and apparently competent. However, it seemed to take longer than necessary to accomplish what needed to be done, as i was able to observe through a window what was going on with my vehicle. I agreed to replacing the brake fluid, although I wondered why it was necessary with only 20,000 miles, and the cost was a lot more than I expected it to be. The wheels were rotated as expected and deemed appropriate in addition to changing the oil and filter. More

Great Service, Caring People I needed another key for my 2015 Nissan Murano that I bought from Infiniti of Stuart. Additionally, it was also time for an oil change. Eric greeted m I needed another key for my 2015 Nissan Murano that I bought from Infiniti of Stuart. Additionally, it was also time for an oil change. Eric greeted me when I pulled in for my appointment. I really like him because he's so mellow and just has an easy-going way about him. He got me checked in and before I knew it I got a text from my service advisor, Kevin to let me know how I could reach him if I had any questions while my car was being serviced. As I was waiting, my salesperson, Limage stopped by to say hello. He asked how I was doing and the fact was that I haven't been doing too well. In April of this year, my sister committed suicide and I have been overcome with grief. Some days are so heavy with sadness and I was having one of those days. Limage sat down and talked with me and was very sympathetic to my grief, yet he encouraged me as well. I appreciated that more than I can tell you. As if all of this isn't enough goodness for one service visit it ends with beautiful Miss Whitney. She got my key all squared away and made sure that all of my car concerns were addressed and solved. She is truly a sweetheart! So besides an oil change, I received so much kindness from these 4 caring individuals and they truly made my day. I'll be back! More

Mary was nice, however my car was finished for over 20 minutes and I had to go and ask another service person to check me out. Fantastic First Service I give it 4.5 starts overall I am deducting a half a star because the car was not vacuumed out upon me picking it up. Apparently the car wash was "out of service" but, that doesn't mean the vacuum's are not working. The extra service you receive when purchasing a luxury vehicle is getting above and beyond extra treatment and not even trying to get my car vacuumed when I picked it up is a bit disappointing. More
