The service guy,Alex, was very nice and helpful. But the problem was not resolved. 1-A few times my car has made a whining sound first thing in the morning but clears. 2-My son accelerated at a But the problem was not resolved. 1-A few times my car has made a whining sound first thing in the morning but clears. 2-My son accelerated at a traffic light and the car lost power, he put the car in manual mode and was able to drive. 3- I was at a stop sign turning left when I accelerated the car lost power, I had to pull into a driveway and power off the car, once I turned the car back on it worked. 4- I had to slam on brakes, the car jerked and lunged, I thought it was losing power but it didn’t. 5- There are times when I accelerate quickly the car jerks, it’s embarrassing when someone is with me. I have a luxury card that has No power. After the mechanic drove the car and hooked it to the computer, I was told all of these issues are normal because the car has so many gears to go through. TRUELY not acceptable. When we test drove the car it had great acceleration. The car just recently turned 7,000 miles. More

Went to get a full diagnostic report on 2020 QX60 due to my engine light being on. Paid $300 and was promised detailed breakdown of everything that was wrong. After waiting for an hour and a half received o my engine light being on. Paid $300 and was promised detailed breakdown of everything that was wrong. After waiting for an hour and a half received one page with a “engine replacement needed” line for 25k. No breakdown or explanation of any codes or what is wrong with the engine. When my husband went back to ask for the promised diagnostic breakdown the service manager told him that they checked the oil with a dipstick and since it came back dirty they won’t do anything else to check the engine. So we paid $300 for nothing, no diagnostic was performed. They did something any oil change place does for free. I went and got an oil change the same day and my car is running fine and no engine light warning. So they basically just tried to scam me to get a new engine for 25k or buy a new car from them. Manager was super rude to my husband and told him “that’s just how we do things here”. Disgusting! Go at your own risk. More
