Virginia, we understand your frustration with the limited availability of the complimentary carwash that, under normal circumstances, is available to all of our clients. During the restrictions in May, we made changes to our policies to do our part to protect both employees and customers. We can not speak for other businesses but our organization decided to limit unnecessary contact as a precaution. When you came in May, Whitney, our Owner Loyalty Manager, personally took your vehicle through the carwash to help appease your frustrations. On your most recent visit, it is our understanding that you spoke with the front desk and were told that we had resumed our carwash service, unfortunately, they would have no knowledge if the carwash was down due to maintenance or mechanical failure. We apologized for the miscommunication and offered to have your vehicle hand washed to which you vehemently declined. We tried our best to come to a resolution despite your obvious frustrations. We strive to meet all of our customers expectations and needs, but during these unprecedented times we also expect compassion and understanding in return. In the future, please call the service department directly, rather than the reception desk, to insure you receive accurate information regarding the complimentary carwash.

Thank you for your feedback about your recent visit. To give you some peace of mind, we have a cleaning staff here every hour on the hour cleaning and wiping down surfaces. We apologize for the outdated sign, the mask mandate has been lifted. However, most of our staff does wear a mask and if they are not we are practicing social distancing. We also apologize that you were unaware of the time frame needed to take care of your vehicle. Thank you for your business and we look forward to seeing you again.

The management should reinstate the mask mandate. With COVID increasing each day and as we know it’s not turning the corner nor disappearing, it would be a good practice. I disagree with the claim of cleaning staff there every hour on the hour. I was physically at the dealership for 5 hours waiting for my car and maybe the cleaning staff may have been there twice during my time there. Where I was sitting all can be seen including cleaning staff.

The signs posted were about a government mandate not a dealership mandate, we will definitely bring up your suggestion to management. We do our best to social distance or wear masks. We will also make note that you did not notice the cleaning crew.
