Went in with No indication of needing new brakes, but was told they were in the red and my battery was about to go. Again no indication of problems, I just went in for an oil change. I loved that oil change told they were in the red and my battery was about to go. Again no indication of problems, I just went in for an oil change. I loved that oil change appointment with a new battery and all the sudden my brakes were squeaking. I later went back for another appointment and left with new front brakes and my brakes are squeaking so loudly now. Feel maybe I was told I needed something done on my car that I didn’t need and a problem was created that didn’t e host before. Now I’m driving around with squeaky brakes that don’t feel any different than before they were replaced. More

Extremely dishonest and will never buy another Infinity. They had the car during warranty multiple times for the exact same issue and they always said “software update” or another part that had absolutely n They had the car during warranty multiple times for the exact same issue and they always said “software update” or another part that had absolutely nothing to do with the issue but because the issue was intermittent, they never actually diagnosed it. Now that the warranty is over, that are claiming it is some $5000 part. They claimed to contact Infinity to get a better price and they got it down to $3000 for an issue I had the entire time I had the car and the 3 times I brought it in for it. I have had 3 Nissan/Infinity cars and I will never again. More
