Advisor wasn’t very communicative. I told him that I had a service plan with Fidelity and I was told I could have service done at any dealership. He wasn’t very responsive to that news I told him that I had a service plan with Fidelity and I was told I could have service done at any dealership. He wasn’t very responsive to that news and never got back to me until the car was done. I had called the place I bought the car from and had all the information for him. Other than that, service was fine. Booking the appointment was painless. I talked to a very nice woman and she got my information efficiently. I plan to go back next time I need service. More
