Came in for an oil change and to fix a warning light. The appointment was at 9am. An hour and a half later I was told that the car was done and that I did not have a warning light issue. I took the servi The appointment was at 9am. An hour and a half later I was told that the car was done and that I did not have a warning light issue. I took the service advisor to the car and showed him that the light was on. He agreed. Said he'd order the part and call to setup an appointment. I have not, in the nearly 3 weeks since the appointment, heard anything about the part or to schedule an appointment. NOT my job to call for an update! The only positive that came from the appointment was that my oil was changed. My wife has a Lexus and no maintenance issues. More
