I was happy with the service that I received my QX30. I waited for it in the waiting where I had access to wifi and snacks. It was returned to me after a couple of hours nice and clean. Disappointing experience where truthfulness should be highest priority but apparently not here. Dealer recommended $4,000 worth of vital repairs but I took the car for a 2nd and 3rd opinion. Here are the highest priority but apparently not here. Dealer recommended $4,000 worth of vital repairs but I took the car for a 2nd and 3rd opinion. Here are the results: 1) Tires had 40% tread remaining; replacement not needed; 2) AC Motor Bearing needed lubricating; motor replacement not necessary; 3) oil pan screws were loose; when tightened to Infinity standards; no issues. In any regard, no oil leak anywhere. Oil gasket in good shape. I have since learned that your service advisors are on commission. I expect Infinity to be above the rest and that has been my experience prior to stopping here. I will not be coming back. I hope you can put in a quality control program so customers get the integrity they deserve. Good luck! More
They checked my battery and discovered it needed to be replaced.It was replaced under warranty . The rest of the work was done professionally and timely.
