My salesman Ralston was great and all other customer service was above all of my expectations. The only issue was getting small cosmetic items fixed like my back window. I asked for broken glass to be cleaned out of the door and the service center an outsourced business said they fixed it and attempted to remove all the glass inside. Well I got my car back after a week and the glass was still in the door. I was able to suck out most glass with a dry vac by myself. Needless to say they said it was done and was not. As for oil changed And service at this dealer I have not had the experience to utilize them. But I will give them another shot as long as it is not outsourced. More
Months after purchase my used car needs tires, when the sales manager and service manager were questioned they stated: “they registered safe with 5/32 tread” when I pointed out that they still have 5/32 on sales manager and service manager were questioned they stated: “they registered safe with 5/32 tread” when I pointed out that they still have 5/32 on the outside edge but down to the belts on the inside, they said “sorry but too much time has passed… I paid full asking price and purchased a service plan along with extended warranty plan - I will be revisiting the dealership to discuss a refund on the service plan as I am not impressed with the service and will certainly not recommend sales or purchase another vehicle from this dealership. As a single woman I put my trust in a reliable vehicle and those who represent the maker; very disappointed and frankly expected more from a dealership of this caliber. *The alignment is spot on with 0/32 (inside tread) on the front 2 tires, 7/32 on the d/s rear, and a mismatched 4th tire on the p/s rear. On another issue: they sold me the car with a broken windshield and told me that the best way to address this to avoid additional wait and charges in the purchase is to purchase, register, and call in a claim with my insurance company as it is a state law to repair a damaged windshield - they repaired it with a glue and I was left with an annoying eyesore and obstruction in my range of vision, that was a subject I did not feel at ease with but was suggested and affirmed by every member of the sales and management involved in the final sale of this vehicle, from the salesman, sales manager, GM, and finance department. I feel disgusted for going against my better judgment - perhaps I would have walked away and purchased the Lexus or Acura I was considering!?! I’m not impressed. BUYERS BEWARE! More
