Sergio, we know that the warranty company refused the repair and this is very upsetting. We would never take your car apart without your approval. Jeff and the team here worked hard to get this repair covered for you, but to no avail. We both know that on 9/21/2023 Jeff Orr text you : Just need to text that you approve tear down of 4885.00 understand that if the claim is denied you will have to pay that amount. If the claim is approved then it will be the deductible that you will have to pay. That was at 4:05PM. You replied: I approve at 4:06 PM. I know you are upset, but the warranty company is to blame. Infiniti Stuart will always work hard for our customers and will never do any work you do not approve in advance.
