When I arrived there was no one there to check me in- I waited while 3 people were taking in one of the offices. Once I was checked in I was told George would touch base with me but he didn't. When I got outside my truck was sitting there but no one was there and I had to find someone to get my keys.2hrs for an oil change is ridiculous.
