Trying to collect on services included in a lease agreement Infinity of Stuart is by far the worst dealership i have ever had to deal with. I Leased a Q50 about a year ago and having to go there for service on 3 separate occasions, I was told I needed to pay for whatever my car was being serviced for that day. It was either oil change, or tire rotation, or brake flush. Here is the thing, each time I was told different services are covered in my lease. News flash...all maintenance is covered in my lease agreement!!! Every time I need service i have to fight over my contract, and remind them it should be included, because of what their initial contract states at the time of purchase. Absolutely outrageous! I have anxiety every time my car is due for an oil change, knowing I have to convince the service manager I shouldn't be charged for it. Not to mention the fact, that they are supposed to have loaners available for the customer's convenience and peace of mind. Well...here is another one. Every single time I've had the unfortun to request a substitute vehicle so I don't have to miss work or rearrange my entire schedule, ha..You got it! No loaners were ever available. Please be aware and make sure if you do decide to deal with them, always have them confirm their verbal promises in writing! More
