Happy customer My Q70S was special to me until it began to become noisy ... the dealer began to listen to my problems and took immediate action ...I called the 800 I My Q70S was special to me until it began to become noisy ... the dealer began to listen to my problems and took immediate action ...I called the 800 Infiniti with little results ... they said go to another dealer ... I disagreed at went back to Stuart Infiniti ... I felt like Kevin understood my problem ... he asked for a day or so to work on the car ... finally he felt it was the tires ... which were replaced ... so far 100 Miles into the new tires my car is finally much quieter .... thank you Kevin and Stuart Infiniti .... P.S. this is my 4 th Infiniti and my wife has had 2 ... we love the brand and are happy to date my issue seems resolved More

Stuart Infinity knows how to make it easy, fast, and truly a great customer experience, especially dealing with Kevin. The customer experience while waiting is the best I’ve ever had. Breakfast items, juices, and the ability to use their WIFI. Kevin ensured all was done on time and the car was clean and ready to go well within my expectations. When it is time for us to get our new Infinity there is no doubt where we will return to. Can not say enough great things about Kevin and this dealership. More

Trying to collect on services included in a lease agreement Infinity of Stuart is by far the worst dealership i have ever had to deal with. I Leased a Q50 about a year ago and having to go there for service Infinity of Stuart is by far the worst dealership i have ever had to deal with. I Leased a Q50 about a year ago and having to go there for service on 3 separate occasions, I was told I needed to pay for whatever my car was being serviced for that day. It was either oil change, or tire rotation, or brake flush. Here is the thing, each time I was told different services are covered in my lease. News flash...all maintenance is covered in my lease agreement!!! Every time I need service i have to fight over my contract, and remind them it should be included, because of what their initial contract states at the time of purchase. Absolutely outrageous! I have anxiety every time my car is due for an oil change, knowing I have to convince the service manager I shouldn't be charged for it. Not to mention the fact, that they are supposed to have loaners available for the customer's convenience and peace of mind. Well...here is another one. Every single time I've had the unfortun to request a substitute vehicle so I don't have to miss work or rearrange my entire schedule, ha..You got it! No loaners were ever available. Please be aware and make sure if you do decide to deal with them, always have them confirm their verbal promises in writing! More
