Service agreements I'm not real happy with this dealership. Lately, I received 2 emails stating I'm overdue for maintenance and that I should schedule an appointment. I I'm not real happy with this dealership. Lately, I received 2 emails stating I'm overdue for maintenance and that I should schedule an appointment. I schedule online and go in early in the morning and find out it's too soon for an oil change and I would be charged if I get one. Then I find out the "Tire & Wheel " agreement doesn't include tire rotation and that would cost me $29.95! Not sure why I signed up for a premier maintenance package and now I have to pay for things!! Mind you I'm not blaming Nicole Spatafora my service person. It's not her fault. More

Car picked up Mon. 6, 2019 loaner car until May 8th. Dont understand why this was not fixed Saturday, car there all day. Too late to take back Saturday, they were closed. so we brought car back to Jupiter, dangerous rain storm.. Problem found Monday, part had to be ordered. this was listed as a problem on Saturday all the things done, this was not addressed and repaired until we brought to attention again. This is not my first issue with Infiniti Stuart. Car damaged through their car wash. I had to bring back when repair person there. Lots of inconvience. More
