Everytime I go to have my service done I only deal with 4 pe I call and say I am coming in and when I get there I am in and out.. They let me know upfront what is going on and what NEEDS to be done and If I cant I call and say I am coming in and when I get there I am in and out.. Overall good My biggest issue with this dealership compared to my two home dealerships in Ohio is no one is ever there to greet you. I pulled in, waited at car 3- My biggest issue with this dealership compared to my two home dealerships in Ohio is no one is ever there to greet you. I pulled in, waited at car 3-4 minutes then went inside. No one around in service area. Wandered into showroom area and saw sales staff who ignored me. Finally after about 7-8 minutes a guy came by and i asked if anyone was around for service. He ended up being the only service consultant and took care of me. The work on my car was done quickly (an hour) and no charge since it was a recall issue. It would seem to be a simple thing to look at appt book and have someone there to greet you. More
Ist time Infiniti Owner - Totally Unexpected A+ Service I recently bought my QX-60 after driving a Mazda for 11 years. For years, I had to schedule repairs/service around a totally hectic life with 2 young I recently bought my QX-60 after driving a Mazda for 11 years. For years, I had to schedule repairs/service around a totally hectic life with 2 young children and a very bust Real Estate career. I often could not keep up with regular maintenance and I certainly never made time for dealership recall alerts. I would typically just use the closest franchise repair shop for everything just to save time. I thought that I would be doing the same with my Infiniti since the dealership is more than 30 minutes away. But I called Daniel, the service manager, in the evening and by the next morning, he had a driver at my home to pick up my vehicle and leave me a courtesy car. My car was serviced and I received a call with an update during the appt. Then my car was returned to me right before I had to leave home to pick up my kids. To top this off, I am currently immobile on a medical scooter and I had no idea how I would manuver getting to the dealership on my own. Having the courtesy pick-up was such an unexpected and amazing benefit. I really cannot put a value on this kind of service. I should have bought an Infiniti long ago. I am so happy with the service provided to me =) More
