Pedro was Great and provided wonderful customer service. Complete gouging and uncalled for. Thank you Pedro for charging a fair price of $113 diagnostic, allowing me to purchase a battery and taking only 20 minutes to install. I’m a single parent! So I appreciate your turning this into a happy experience, considering I have purchased 5 vehicles from Infiniti since 2009. You will most likely get my business for #6 and only because of Pedro efforts to actually help me.. More
