Bought a 2020 Q50 Red Sport (under 12K miles) from out of state and had it shipped to me. Car arrived with only 1 Key Fob and a missing tool kit. I took my car in twice and got it back the same way! That's why. I don't think that the Mechanic took my car for a test drive to see that the problem has been resolved. When I called back to say for the third time after bringing the car in twice already for a total of 3 an a half week that the problem is still there. I was told something else needs to be fixed and it's not covered by warranty. I am very, very disappointed by the the person supposedly worked on my car to resolve the issue. I was thinking about trading in my car for a new one at that location but I am reconsidering. I will be shopping around for a mechanic that knows what he is doing and get it fixed on my own. I will not be coming back to infinity. More
