Newer qx80 had catastrophic electric failure while driving, as well as repeated documented audio problems. Despite technician witnessing and acknowledging problems and video of radio malfunctioning, w driving, as well as repeated documented audio problems. Despite technician witnessing and acknowledging problems and video of radio malfunctioning, was told it was because I used an iPhone. Service was refused and I was essentially turned away. Whitney was wonderful and tried her best to help, but Scott was combative and aggressive. I believe he was unsure of what to do because we are pursuing a lemon law claim. His behavior was bizarre and, for lack of a better word, creepy. More

6,000 dollars in fake fees. 24 phone calls no matter how many times I said TEXT PLEASE. 48 text messages. 7 emails. I'm paying cash for a RAM priced at exactly 41,990 and th 24 phone calls no matter how many times I said TEXT PLEASE. 48 text messages. 7 emails. I'm paying cash for a RAM priced at exactly 41,990 and their math ended up with me paying them 52,000 dollars......... Cash means we dont make financing kickbacks so we have to charge 2,000 more! 2000 dollar "reconditioning fee" because we put money into it to make it sellable. 2000 dollars TRADE FEE because I dont have a trade in..........wat? Even though I offered the 41,990 plus tax tag and title plus dealer fee it was WAYYYY off from how much they wanted off me. They kept saying stuff like "lets make a deal!" and I'm like "I have cash in hand for your asking price" which they didnt find humorous in the slightest... They also kept pushing me to finance even though i had cash in hand because as they put it over the phone AND in email, they make a lot of money if I finance and we can stick it to the banks by pretending to finance and then pay it off in 2 months.... I told them I dont care about "sticking it to the banks" and I'm pretty sure if their lenders knew they were trying to scam them theyd be pretty pissed off... If you want a dealerships that lies constantly about their prices and tries over and over again to get you to "make a deal" instead of just buying a vehicle Infiniti Stuart is the crooked place youre after 100%.. I told them if I knew the price was over 10k more than the advertised price I could get the same truck in town for less. More
