Took my truck in to the service department to fix four wheel drive and do a tire rotation well after keeping it a week the four wheel drive wasn’t fixed and they lied about rotating tire because the tire wheel drive and do a tire rotation well after keeping it a week the four wheel drive wasn’t fixed and they lied about rotating tire because the tire I was having a problem with was still in the same position I ended up taking it to the Ford dealership to get it fixed So 300.00 was wasted and I’ll never bring it back to Infiniti again definitely not a honest service department More
Sold the car I put a deposit on, don't trust them at all. Very pushy, I stated several times I wanted to think about it over night, thought I could cancel the deal. Infiniti of Stewart sucks. They are understaffed and the turnover is unbelievable. Customer service is very inadequate and the service guy George. Sucks as well. in the last month, I have had to bring my vehicle in six times and I was told I needed to buy four brand new tires from them which I really did not need. They kept saying they fix the problem and the minute I left the dealership the problem was back, the wheel turns to the left once you are going 50 mph on a straight smooth road. There are many recalls on the Q5, but it seems that Infiniti of Stuart could not be bothered. The only saving Grace there was my service advisor Whitney. Thank you so much Whitney and I wish you well. More
