Trying to collect on services included in a lease agreement Infinity of Stuart is by far the worst dealership i have ever had to deal with. I Leased a Q50 about a year ago and having to go there for service Infinity of Stuart is by far the worst dealership i have ever had to deal with. I Leased a Q50 about a year ago and having to go there for service on 3 separate occasions, I was told I needed to pay for whatever my car was being serviced for that day. It was either oil change, or tire rotation, or brake flush. Here is the thing, each time I was told different services are covered in my lease. News flash...all maintenance is covered in my lease agreement!!! Every time I need service i have to fight over my contract, and remind them it should be included, because of what their initial contract states at the time of purchase. Absolutely outrageous! I have anxiety every time my car is due for an oil change, knowing I have to convince the service manager I shouldn't be charged for it. Not to mention the fact, that they are supposed to have loaners available for the customer's convenience and peace of mind. Well...here is another one. Every single time I've had the unfortun to request a substitute vehicle so I don't have to miss work or rearrange my entire schedule, ha..You got it! No loaners were ever available. Please be aware and make sure if you do decide to deal with them, always have them confirm their verbal promises in writing! More

I kept bouncing back and forth with regards to choosing a color, interior and exterior. "Adeal" took his time and made sure I was 100% happy with my choice. (Which I am!!!) And then he called me the next day to check in and made sure I knew I could call him if I needed anything or had any more questions on how to use the many, cool features of the car. *It's a lot to take in all at once. And the dreaded "negotiation" process was surprisingly clear, fair and stress free. No stupid back and forth games. "John Harrison", Sales Manger, went over the numbers with us, listened to me and my husband as to where we wanted to be with payments and gave us what the true "out the door" monthly payment would be. We got a good, fair deal and a beautiful sweet ride! And the finance office was a breeze. "Hus Ebrahimi", Finance Manager, was very efficient. No hard "up sell', but he did educate us on some services that we may want to take advantage of, but never pressured us or talked over us. "Hus" listened, answered all our questions and we got a couple excellent options to keep our beautiful Q50 cared for and looking great for the term of our lease. This was no doubt, from beginning to end, the easiest and most enjoyable car leasing experience we have ever had. We were coming out of another luxury brand and Infinity does not disappoint. This is the 4th infinity I have had but my first experience with the Stuart dealership, and I have to say I will never go back to WPB location. I have to say this was the most pleasant experience at a dealership I have had, and my salesman was Shawn Lachance who was amazing. He was new but was very professional he didn't try to BS you and was not pushy at all! If he didn't know the answer to something, he asked Joe Gilsdorf who new it, and was an incredibly sweet man. I found Shawn to be a absolute doll along with Joel the Sales Manager. Thanks Shawn you all ROCK!!! More
They activate my extended warranty 3 months after sale They lie to me particularly the finance manager (Rich) and saleanger ( Ray and Joel). When you pay for extended warranty they never process it unti They lie to me particularly the finance manager (Rich) and saleanger ( Ray and Joel). When you pay for extended warranty they never process it until you have mechanical problems and u call Total Warranty services you couldn't have your car fix. I paid $4700 to extend mine. I have it activate 3 months after sale. The worse they refused to reimburse me and want to start my warranty at thwhat sale date. It's mean I loss more than 4000 miles or 3 months. I am going to court with them. Don't go there !! Don't buy there !!! More
