Ralston handled himself with integrity, was not aggressively trying to sell us. We test drove a certified used vehicle whose previous owner smoked and he made full disclosure. My oil change and air filter replacement took 2 hours and 15 minutes to complete. Unacceptable!!!!! The service center wasn't even busy that day. That's total xx!!!!! When I first dropped off my vehicle, the service rep told me it would take about 1 hour and 20 minutes to complete. And I just sat there and wait the whole time. I did not get any communication or reasons why it would take so long. I have never waited this long for an oil change. Will not go back again. More

Well George had me sit in the lobby for over an hour only to say that there was no issues with my car ! if so take the car to another infinity! I will have my manger reach out to you on Monday the 11! He placed the keys in front of me and left . I have pictures and videos to prove my case . By the way Infinity of Stuart charged me over what was showing on my invoice. I got robbed by infinity! Obviously no one cares I never got a call from any manager ! Infinity of Stuart should close and retrain their employees! If I could give a zero instead of one star I would. More
