Moreover he never made us feel guilty that he spent the amount of time that he did with us in spite of not purchasing a car at the time (6:45 PM). Upon driving approx. for 20 minutes thinking about his offer etc., we decided to return that night to the dealership (7:05 PM) and make the purchase. John had left to go to the gym and was not there! I called his cell number on his card and he picked up on the second ring!! I explained I was ready to make the deal and he stopped what he was doing and came right over and the rest is history! I'll never forget that! In my opinion, his actions and overall attitude in lieu of the circumstances, screams volumes about who he is and how much he truly loves his job and cares about his customers! #2 Pat Lannon: the most compassionate, honest, knowledgeable, and thorough gentleman you will ever meet in a service department! He literally rolled up his sleeves got down on his hands and knees to look under my car and check for damage at 5:07 PM on a Friday; after technically this department "closes" and most people/dealerships would reschedule you for Monday or even later!! #3 Aaron Korson- This gentleman helped make my car buying experience "infinitely and beyond" an enjoyable, humorous, and educational experience! He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and a very effective communicator; particularly when it comes to installing and apply the amazing new technology that is available. All in all, he made this step in the closing process fun, entertaining, and educational. I highly recommend him as a "go to guy" and certainly deserving of the title "Infiniti Product Expert"!! #4 Kurt Painter (Financial Services Dir.), a great guy with brilliant math and social skills!! His creative and initiative ways to help crunch the numbers and explain my options made this facial part of the sales process smooth, painless, and understandable! No stone was left unturned, no "i" left undotted, or "t" left uncrossed! He even offer to let me use his fancy graphite Infinity pen!! lol More importantly tho, Kurt was able to help get me a protection package on my car that fit my budget. Moreover, it saved me over $9.00 a month off my insurance! Very impressive!! #5 Daniel Lee (Infiniti Product Expert): Very friendly, knowledgeable, approachable and not at all the typical "pushy and over barring sales guy". Gave all the names above as well as myself support. He even offered to get me a cup of coffee and something to eat! Very thoughtful, compassionate, and sincere. A true credit to the entire sales team and the Infiniti brand! #6 Tom Pollard (Parts Clerk): Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, humorous, and an all around genuinely warm-hearted gentleman! He took the time to ask how my day was going and next thing ya know we are talking about our families and our past life experiences! He assisted me in picking out the best products, cool gear to protect my key fab, the best business card hold and pens for my line of work and even gave me a 2 really nice Infinity ball point pens free of charge!!
