Excellent customer service - not pushy at all It was a pleasure working with Dave Ferrara when we purchased our Q50. He was very laid back, answered all our questions and made the transaction as It was a pleasure working with Dave Ferrara when we purchased our Q50. He was very laid back, answered all our questions and made the transaction as smooth as possible. When we went to meet Hus in finance, we already had our financing approved. Hus ended up getting us a lower rate. Yes, we purchased all the additional warranty’s that were available- to us peace of mind knowing everything is covered bumper to bumper for the next 5 years was worth the extra money. He was not pushy about it at all and answered every question we had. Thumbs up to all the employees- from reception to sales to finance and service - everyone was awesome! You’ve got a customer for life here! We love our new car - thank you all! More

Used Car purchased I purchased a new 2019 Hyundai Tuscan and the previous owner only had the car 1 month and she only turned in 1 remote.. I made several calls to the d I purchased a new 2019 Hyundai Tuscan and the previous owner only had the car 1 month and she only turned in 1 remote.. I made several calls to the dealership and left messages with the receptionist and I have never received a phone call back. I paid 23000 for the car and they couldn’t even try to get another remote. I think the dealership should have bought another remote for the car now Im having to buy another remote at $180.00 plus $80.00 to program the remote plus towing to have the car towed to Wallace Hyundai to program the remote since they have to hook up to the computer of the car to program the remote. More
