End of lease into another new lease I was extremely pleased with all participants at Stuart Infiniti. We had dealt with Schumacher for years, but they weren't as user friendly as in the I was extremely pleased with all participants at Stuart Infiniti. We had dealt with Schumacher for years, but they weren't as user friendly as in the past years so we went to Stuart Infiniti. It was such and amazing experience, we will not go back to Schumacher in WPB and will and have recommended Stuart Infiniti to others. More
My parents leased a QX60 in Feb. 2019 and my dad absolutely loved his new car. He was able to enjoy it for only 7 months due to being diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. On 7/21/20 he passed away and my absolutely loved his new car. He was able to enjoy it for only 7 months due to being diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. On 7/21/20 he passed away and my mother made the difficult decision to return the car as a voluntary repossession on 8/1/20. She already has a car and at almost 80 years of age she barely drives. We arrived at Infiniti Stuart and told the receptionist why we were there and that we needed to speak with a manager. When the manager, John Harrison, came out to speak with my mom and I and we told him we were doing a voluntary repossession and why, he told us that he could not accept the car and to come back on Monday (it was Saturday). In a very arrogant and condescending tone he told us he couldn’t take the car because “I don’t know if you’re aware but we’re getting a hurricane” (tropical storm at that time) and that he had to get all the cars off of his lot and was not going to take the car to which I said that we were going to leave it as a voluntary repossession. He became very irate and told us to be reasonable because there was a storm coming and to come back Monday and that he was not going to take the car and if we left it he was going to tow it back to my mother’s house and then abruptly and rudely got up, walked away, and left my mother and I in the lobby. I couldn’t believe he had just threatened us and just left us there as if we were worthless pieces of sh*t. I went outside to call my brother and then went back inside and left the key with Stella the receptionist. While I was outside taking the plate off of the car, John Harrison, comes outside yelling at me, threateningly, that if I left the car he would tow it back to my mom’s house (that’s almost one hour away). I yelled back at him, “My father is dead!” and he just turned around and walked back inside. My mother was so shaken up and distraught. Under the circumstances she had taken the best possible option which didn’t feel good at all to her, and to top it off had to deal with such a cold fish like John Harrison. No one from Infiniti Stuart has contacted us or from Infiniti Credit where I also filed a complaint as well as letting them know I had dropped the car off at Infiniti Stuart and faxed to them my father’s death certificate and a letter explaining the situation. My mother tried to do the right thing and the best she possibly could do under the circumstances, but to be treated so inhumanely and heartless made us feel even worse than how we already felt. My mother has a heart condition and high blood pressure and I was very concerned for her health at that moment more than ever. I will never shop at or refer anyone to Infiniti Stuart ever again. I’m crying as I write this recalling that horrific experience. More
