Austin was a nice guy but never followed up with me. The finance guys were supposed to send me paperwork I signed, never did. Austin asked if they could e-mail all the papers I signed and I said that would be fine. They couldn’t find the paperwork I signed with David the previous day which was September 22nd. On September 23rd I came back to finish the transaction. Hus took my money and never sent anything to me. I still have no paperwork from this dealership and never received a phone call from Austin to see if I had any questions on the car or to see if I received my paperwork or to say thank you for choosing Infinity. I’ve been in sales all my life, furniture and real estate and I know referrals are very important. Follow up is the difference between a great salesman and an order taker. Mostly pleased with my used car buying experience at Stuart Infiniti. Only one negative from my time at the dealership. The sales rep either did not wear a mask or wore it inappropriately (covered only Stuart Infiniti. Only one negative from my time at the dealership. The sales rep either did not wear a mask or wore it inappropriately (covered only mouth, not nose) while I was with him, hence the negative mark for COVID18 safety. Refreshing experience with Hus in the Finance Department, who made the lending process easy (other than I had to request he find a better finance rate since the one he initially quoted was higher than some lenders. He complied and found me a much better rate .) Did not interact directly with the service department but my 2017 Infiniti QX50 came to me detailed, clean and is running well. I'm a repeat Infiniti owner and expect to own my recently purchased vehicle for as long as the last one with few mechanical issues. More

Although the staff are nice I was not informed beforehand the length of time it would take to have the service done. Another observation made was, approximately 80% of the staff walked around with no masks w the length of time it would take to have the service done. Another observation made was, approximately 80% of the staff walked around with no masks when the notice on all doors to enter the dealership say that masks are mandatory. With COVID increasing in Florida I felt I was being exposed during my time waiting. More
