I have been very disappointed with my experience at Infiniti Stuart. I was a customer at Audi Stuart (same ownership group) and had an outstanding experience with them. So it’s difficult for me to un Infiniti Stuart. I was a customer at Audi Stuart (same ownership group) and had an outstanding experience with them. So it’s difficult for me to understand the lack of consistency. I leased a 2020 QX80 in February 2020. The sales experience was poor - the sales manager actually yelled at me when I questioned one of the contract numbers. Then I met with the finance manager, who wanted to sell me a maintenance agreement despite the fact that most luxury cars include free maintenance. We finally agreed on a much cheaper maintenance agreement that included free car washes. When I came to get my car washed in May, they told me no car washes due to COVID despite the fact that other car washes we’re open. So they hand washed it and lost the hitch cover which took me a week to recover. Now it’s November and I’ve returned for a car wash - but I called first to make the service was available and was told it yes. So you can imagine my consternation when I arrived to learn that “the car wash has been broken for three days”. I was offered another hand wash, but due to my first experience asked if I might be provided a certificate to have it washed elsewhere. The service manager told me no, nothing he could do. When I objected, he told me he wasn’t going to talk to me anymore. I know it’s a relatively small issue, but their complete lack of customer service skills combined with a roguish sales staff would keep me from doing business with them in the future and I certainly wouldn’t recommend. More
