My oil change and air filter replacement took 2 hours and 15 minutes to complete. Unacceptable!!!!! The service center wasn't even busy that day. That's total xx!!!!! Well George had me sit in the lobby for over an hour only to say that there was no issues with my car ! if so take the car to another infinity! I will have my manger reach out to you on Monday the 11! He placed the keys in front of me and left . I have pictures and videos to prove my case . By the way Infinity of Stuart charged me over what was showing on my invoice. I got robbed by infinity! Obviously no one cares I never got a call from any manager ! Infinity of Stuart should close and retrain their employees! If I could give a zero instead of one star I would. More
