The staff were all very nice and pleasant. However, I made an appointment with Whitney, and no one was aware that Whitney was not coming to work that day. The worst service experience ever. Service advisor never called to advise me if vehicle had been looked at - when I called him he said tech was looking at it now. After an hour I tried to call him to no av called to advise me if vehicle had been looked at - when I called him he said tech was looking at it now. After an hour I tried to call him to no avail. Another half hour later I return to dealership someone else helps me and tells me my car wasn't looked at. Told him I was told it was and then he says it was and will get me an estimate. Estimate was almost double what Service Advisor told me. I get the feeling no one at this dealership knows what they're doing. And was not happy about being lied too. I REFUSED TO HAVE WORK DONE More
