I was thrilled they were able to get my car in quickly but, they weren’t able to do valet, so I dropped off my car, got a loaner. The loaner stunk so badly of smoke, and was filthy inside! But the awful smell was terrible! I could hardly stand it. When I told the service guy, he wasn’t happy about it, but I felt like there should have been more remorse. Particularly since this was my first service experience. Definitely not impressed. More
