Questionable service response Our 2017 small SUV has spent two weeks in repair. Unable to determine how to fix. There are three vehicles in USA with this same problem. After two weeks repair picked up car no lights were on. That only lasted three days. Dropped off car on Monday no call no status simple update would be helpful. More

Test drove for the fun of it while waiting, and really wasn't looking to buy at all. Norm was really amazing about just asking the right questions , and tossing a deal together just to see. I traded in my 2011 G37 / 2005 GMC Denali and got the QX70 which replaces 2 cars in one. At no time did I ever feel pressured into this deal, and was amazed at the great deal they worked for me.
