Micah went above and beyond my expectations! I was used to being advised by the previous “ Dillon “. This guy definitely was a great replacement! Micah was very helpful in explaining all out options and his reccomendations. We needed a new key fob and it was out of stock but he ordered one for us and set up our follow up appointment for us. I am always pleased with Matthew every time I come in. He makes sure to go out of his way for all his customers which is why I truly believe he gets asked for the most for appointments. However with the service department itself I was very upset. I made an appt so I could hopefully be in and out and be able to have time to run other errands before having to pick up my kids. I got a basic oil change. This took 2.5 hours!!!! My car sat in the bay for the first hour before anyone even came to get it. The wait time when I came in was 1.5 hours which already seemed long, so they went way over. I definitely won’t be planning to come back for while if this is how long is expected for a basic service.
