Service team ordered the wrong tires for my car so the car had to stay through the weekend until the correct tires arrived Monday. Not great. Other than that, Miguel was very attentive. car had to stay through the weekend until the correct tires arrived Monday. Not great. Other than that, Miguel was very attentive. More

UPDATE: Changing my rating to a 5 star! Mike, the service manager, contacted me and stated there was a mistake and that I shouldn't have been charged for this repair. All charges have been Mike, the service manager, contacted me and stated there was a mistake and that I shouldn't have been charged for this repair. All charges have been reversed and the car is running great now! Thank you Mike and your team! In January 2025, I had to take my QX60 in for repair of a air sensor problem. At that time, Infiniti did an inspection and found several other items needing attention, including a bent control arm. I discussed this with their service rep and he told me that they didn't have the OEM parts in stock and it would take a couple of days to get them in. He stated they could install after market parts. I asked what the downside was to these and he stated they had good success with them. I couldn't be without a car so told him to go ahead with the after market parts. Fast forward to September 2025. I started getting a pulling in my steering whenever I accelerated or decelerated. After much troubleshooting, it was determined that this was caused by the control arms. I was told that since these were after market parts, they were not covered by the standard 1 year, 12,000 mile warranty that Infiniti usually offers and that I had assumed I would have since Infiniti did the work in January. I pointed this out and told them I was never told these would not be covered by the warranty when they were replaced. That service agent is no longer at Infiniti so couldn't be contacted to discuss this and was told this was a "he said, she said" type of situation. Despite all of my arguments, I had to pay the $2,300 to have the faulty after market control arms replaced. Totally unacceptable. This lack of warranty should have been communicated when the repair was done initially. Infiniti has lost a customer! More
