I am always pleased with Matthew every time I come in. He makes sure to go out of his way for all his customers which is why I truly believe he gets asked for the most for appointments. However with the service department itself I was very upset. I made an appt so I could hopefully be in and out and be able to have time to run other errands before having to pick up my kids. I got a basic oil change. This took 2.5 hours!!!! My car sat in the bay for the first hour before anyone even came to get it. The wait time when I came in was 1.5 hours which already seemed long, so they went way over. I definitely won’t be planning to come back for while if this is how long is expected for a basic service. The Roseville dealership was easy to locate. Dan was waiting for me and provided great customer service and expedited my visit as my husband was in a hospital near by. I was out in less than two hours and was appreciative for the consideration/empathy for my husbands health concerns. Dan is a valuable representative!
