When we received the vehicle we were told there was only one key. We told Thomas (who was involved in the sale) that we would need two. He said he would get one for us at cost. When we found out cost was still over $300 we told Thomas that since this hand't been discussed prior to the sale and our expectation was that a 2017 certified vehicle should have two keys he gave us the second at no cost. Thomas did the right thing and we appreciate it. This is my second Infinity and I'm already planning for my third. Grate cars and the Roseville and Elk Grove dealers are great. More

He even had the great idea to check the car out to me for a long test drive so that I could see the difference between my 2013 JX35 and the 2017 version, huge difference which made me very happy. Thomas followed up with me just the right amount of times, and again, very respectful. I have already recommended him to one of my friends and I will continue to recommend him. I would also like to mention that Charlie in the service department was excellent as well. I didn’t end up purchasing because I got such a great deal from a private party. I really miss my infinity (it’s been one whole day) so I am sure I’ll be back within a couple of years. Thank you so much, great experience! Great cars! Way better than the Acura MDX which I was also looking at. You definitely get more for your money with Infinity AND the Infinity is much nicer on the inside as well. More
