My new QX60 Blake knows what it means to close a deal. I had my first dealings with him in Elk Grove. My husband and I were trying to trade my BMW to go back to the Nissan/Infiniti family. I have owned 2 Altimas and a G35 prior to the Bimmer. I love the quality of the cars leaving was a mistake. We were trying to close a deal on the G37 and couldn't so we were leaving because the negotiations broke down. As we were leaving Blake spoke, introduced himself and asked us a few questions. All he said was "let me see what U can do" and based on his ability to "please" the customer he was able to get the deal for us when the original sales person was ready to let us walk. On that trip and because of him I traded my BMW and drove off in my G37. Fast forward to 9/18/17. I was surfing the web since my lease was coming to a close. Once again I tried to deal with Elk Grove and once again I felt they were not wanting to work with me. I didn't feel like They really wanted my business. Everything was "I don't think we can do that". I was st tbe piint of giving up and just waiting until January my lease end date. Then I was contacted via e-mail someone from Roseville. I was calling back to say that I was just going to wait since I was led to believe that's what I needed to do. Low and behold the person on the other end was Blake. Not knowing it was one in the same from Elk Grove, i explained what I was wanting to do and he said let me check into it for. He did advise me that i may have to wait since I had 5 months left on my lease. He asked what kind if car I wanted and the work began. He was diligent but not pushy. He worked to earn our business and I appreciated that. Blake is a phenomenal sales person. He made me feel that he truly cared about our needs and wants. The Roseville Team has earned me as a customer. They need to bring this kind of service to Elk Grove. If I weren't for Blake and the rest of the team; Peter, Rebecca and Anthony I would still be waiting. They made sure I left with my new car. I love my QX60. Thank You Roseville Infiniti. This is now my 5th Nissan/Infinti product!!!! I am a satisfied customer. More

I had updates throughout the order process, and when I forgot an important document for closing, they actually came to my home to pick it up later that day. More
Looking for reasons to not address my concerns properly I made an apt due to a recall that infiniti tryed getting away with and when going in there we there was only one staffer to help and all he had was e I made an apt due to a recall that infiniti tryed getting away with and when going in there we there was only one staffer to help and all he had was excuses of not wanting to look at my car stating though theres a recall on the car if it shows it wont fail then they have to charge us. This is infinitis way of getting money out of its consumers. They should be checking it for free either way since we as customers is there number one gaol yet when going in there they dont care nor give a dam about any of you unless your giving them money since they work off how much money they can bring in. Ive had problems with this infiniti before and have spoken to corperate with none of the issues addressed to this location. It disgust me that infiniti can use such a false propaganda to get us owners into there shop to make money off us. The guy mentioned none hqve failed the test so theyre raking in money and comsumer affair extented the warranty since the accepted a viable donation from infiniti to get us in there to recover there monthly earnings and loses. If this is how infiniti works i ask of all of u not believe in this false letter you have recieved as its a huge fraud headed by upper ceo's trust me when i say this is a scam but goverment approved scam. Stay away from this place as they are digging themselves into the ground and the truth will come out.....mayb...its hard when u have big wigs with alot of money and power to do cover ups. And for the people of infiniti theyre trained as a joke and i woukdnt ever buy from these losers again. G37 oil change to a QX70 instead I came in just for a oil change on my 2011 G37 which I loved. Just walked around lot and saw the 2014 QX70. Test drove for the fun of it while waiting, and really wasn't looking to buy at all. Norm was really amazing about just asking the right questions , and tossing a deal together just to see. I traded in my 2011 G37 / 2005 GMC Denali and got the QX70 which replaces 2 cars in one. At no time did I ever feel pressured into this deal, and was amazed at the great deal they worked for me.
