They went out of their way to locate the exact car I wanted. The finance dept was easy to work with, without the high pressure tactics you expect from a dealership, and they continued to search for the best rate even after I left. My experience with Charlie in the service dept also far exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend Infiniti Roseville! More
Did the right thing We bought a 2017 certified QX70 in January. Good price and very easy purchase process. When we received the vehicle we were told there was only one key. We told Thomas (who was involved in the sale) that we would need two. He said he would get one for us at cost. When we found out cost was still over $300 we told Thomas that since this hand't been discussed prior to the sale and our expectation was that a 2017 certified vehicle should have two keys he gave us the second at no cost. Thomas did the right thing and we appreciate it. This is my second Infinity and I'm already planning for my third. Grate cars and the Roseville and Elk Grove dealers are great. More

The service provided by both Thomas (sales) and Beckie (finance) was GREAT, although I didn’t quite get I had a good experience at Roseville Infiniti. As I begin the process of shopping for a new car, I felt that familiar sense of dread. My first contact at the dealership was with Thomas King. I spoke with him on the phone and he seemed knowledgeable and polite so I set an appointment to come look at the car. Thomas was helpful courteous and not pushy. My car buying experience was pleasant and there were no surprises. The price that we agreed to and the terms were exactly what were on the contract.
