Did the right thing We bought a 2017 certified QX70 in January. Good price and very easy purchase process. When we received the vehicle we were told there was only one We bought a 2017 certified QX70 in January. Good price and very easy purchase process. When we received the vehicle we were told there was only one key. We told Thomas (who was involved in the sale) that we would need two. He said he would get one for us at cost. When we found out cost was still over $300 we told Thomas that since this hand't been discussed prior to the sale and our expectation was that a 2017 certified vehicle should have two keys he gave us the second at no cost. Thomas did the right thing and we appreciate it. This is my second Infinity and I'm already planning for my third. Grate cars and the Roseville and Elk Grove dealers are great. More
