He always provided with the loaner car while my car was being serviced which was awesome. I appreciate him taking the time out of his busy schedule to send me the pictures of my car during the make-over process. Todd was very knowledgeable with pairing my phone to the car when I wasn't able to and he is genuinely a nice guy. It has been a wonderful experience at the Infiniti Rooseville! So, when I needed to replace my beloved, totaled FX35, I got an email from Farmers insurance car buying program. I found a QX50 which looked too good to be true. Sarah Farinsky called me back soon after my inquiry, and we met the following day. She’s a young woman who looks too young to have gained the breadth of automotive expertise she possesses. She really wanted me to know everything about the car and the test drive was long and informative. Needless to say I was sold; both literally and figuratively. Drove my new car home two hours later and I couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend this program and specifically, Sarah for your next car purchase. Glad to give a five star rating. More

The best experience I have ever had We lost our cars in the Camp Fire and so we had to buy several new cars. We went to several dealers and the salespeople descended on us like red meat We lost our cars in the Camp Fire and so we had to buy several new cars. We went to several dealers and the salespeople descended on us like red meat. That is kind of what you expect from car dealers, but emotionally we were really having a hard time with it. When we went into the Infinity dealership we could not believe the causal, friendly environment there. We were greeted and then left to walk around alone and see what we liked. When we had questions, Steven was right there to answer but he wasn’t dogging us all over the lot. Once we felt like we had found the right car, Steven encouraged us to take our time. What sales person does that? At the other dealers we felt like we were surrounded by hungry salespeople that were pushing what they wanted onto us. Steven was like a family member. The color wanted wasn’t there and Steven happily drove to the Bay Area and picked it up free of charge. When we picked it up, the GPS didn’t work. Steven immediately gave us a loaner and offered to drive our out to us first thing in the morning (2 hours away). It is not just that they took care of us, they made us feel like they were happy to do it. If you want a great buying experience, that is the place to do it! More

Sarah was assigned to us for the sale and consultant on the car we were interested in. From beginning to end it only took about 2 1/2 hours and that included walking us through the important features and what we might use the most. We couldn't be happier with this dealership.
