The amazing Todd Ritter In July my fiance and I went into the Infiniti dealership to look at purchasing a new car for my birthday. We went in knowing due to our age we wouldn In July my fiance and I went into the Infiniti dealership to look at purchasing a new car for my birthday. We went in knowing due to our age we wouldn't be taken seriously. We went in looking at Q50s, Todd immediately started helping us no questions asked showed us the Q50s he had in. We test drove one, I fell in love so we wanted to talk about pricing. Not one time did Todd question our financial stability he just took the time out of his day to help us. We talked numbers things weren't good enough to run with the car so we just let him know that & he did not hassle us a bit. As we were leaving the manager came out to see if there was anything he could do to get us leaving in the car. He and Todd worked very hard to find us the best funding and APR. Todd also took the time to congratulate us on how well we were doing Credit and financially. We appreciated him taking us seriously before he even saw our pay stubs or credit scores. We left in our 2015 Infiniti Q50 the next morning so happy with the customer service and negotiation we received. Todd is amazing I often tell people to go to Infiniti to see him before anyone else. Two weeks later my key battery had died i went in straight to Todd and he quickly assisted me with no push back! Thank you Todd you really made our car buying experience AMAZING.
