Sadly, not a lot of him is left in the car industry. He also went above and beyond by volunteering to return my car rental (and filling it up with gas) so that I can drive my newly bought car back to SF. That is what you call going above and beyond! He’s also very personable and approachable from the moment I met him. He handed me off to Nadine for the final contract who’s just as awesome.
