I worked with Ray to help buy my brother a car while he was deployed overseas. Ray was great with communicating with us and very accommodating! Did not have that much communication with the dealership. My conversation with Marco was short but informative. Him and I may talk again around October 2023. I found similar vehicles in San Jose Ca. and Chicago Ill. with about $3500 discounts on their vehicles and was told the price on your vehicle was final (???). More

Worst service. Had me running around for weeks after buying my car like I have all the time in the world . “Fixed” my tire sensor then next day my tire is flat. Had to take accountability and take it somewhere else because they didn’t help at all. DONT DEAL WITH THEM especially if your young seems like they try and take advantage. More

Horrible! ! Crooks! We are a two Infiniti car family. We took car for repair a month before it was out of warranty. We told them the problem, they said it wasn' ! Crooks! We are a two Infiniti car family. We took car for repair a month before it was out of warranty. We told them the problem, they said it wasn't. Now after it's out of warranty they said the problem we reported is the problem! They won't warranty it! True story... Zero integrity... Lost all my confidence in Infiniti and the loyalty they had built up. The cars are ok but not great but always thought at least the service and integrity could be counted on.. they cannot! More
