Anna, I understand you were working with Charlie when you serviced with us. From what I understand you had replaced your main battery with an aftermarket battery not at our shop. When you came into service our tests indicated both the main and auxiliary batteries were performing at standard levels. In your most recent visit, it did appear both batteries were failing the load test. The estimate we provided was to replace both the main and auxiliary batteries with Genuine OEM parts. If you are just looking to replace the auxiliary battery, this cost is $419. We apologize for any frustrations and want you to know we are here if you need. Feel free to reach out directly to Charlie is you are interested in getting either replaced.

Yes, I replaced the main battery myself (super simple) because the car literally would not start. When we took it you for the Auxilary battery problem you while the car was under warranty you said Auxilary battery was fine (even though the car itself said it was bad!) low and behold, after it's out of warranty you said the Auxilary battery is now the problem and that both batteries needed to be replaced for $1k. As it turns out, only the Auxilary battery needed to be replaced! (as we thought) We had it done for $270 at a reputable auto shop! You are deceitful sales people. But hey! I guess times are hard. As I stated, we are a two Infiniti car family and would've been life long customers with future purchases but this experience is enought to rattle the most loyal supporters. I've shared this experience with numerous friends and people and everyone is astonished that this could happen!
