Was not provided a loaner because none was available. I had made the appointment last week. Also, since the dealership is undergoing construction, everything is congested. Even before that the way to get I had made the appointment last week. Also, since the dealership is undergoing construction, everything is congested. Even before that the way to get to the service department is narrow. There is not enough space for two cars to come and go at the same time. The staff is super good to make sure to get the car out and park it in a convenient spot to take. Hopefully this changes with the new design. More
