Easy to make service appointment; was able to change appointment time easily by phone. Service adviser was professional, attentive, courteous. Waited approximately 2 hours for diagnostic of an electroni appointment time easily by phone. Service adviser was professional, attentive, courteous. Waited approximately 2 hours for diagnostic of an electronics issue. Infotainment system (radio/climate control/GPS) screen would continuously shut down and reboot. Similar to what may happen to a computer after a defective software update. It was explained to me that technician was unable to determine the cause and advised me to replace the entire radio unit. I did not ask how diagnostics was performed or whether the technician had tech support from Infiniti corporate The quote was $7k+ (over seven thousand US dollars) for a new radio/GPS unit. Not sure if this was standard pricing from Infiniti (corporate) or it's dealer's own quote. After paying for only the charge of diagnostics, I took the car home.
