Do NOT do business with this dealership! The service department is excellent and Jill is an absolute gem. I have had my Infiniti serviced twice at this location and although other locations are closer to my home I will continue to be loyal t absolute gem. A pleasant experience. Jill found that there were some issues with the my vehicle that needed to be addressed and then worked hard to get them covered under warranty. I was provided with a loaner car and given updates along the way...overall a very good experience! I very much appreciate the extra work and effect on Jill's part. To be honest it was not always that way - it appears that the dealership is giving their service department the support they need to do a great job. Keep it up! More

These people are CROOKS, GARBAGE will lie and CHEAT take your money sell you a bad product. If you wana get taken on a ride buy here. Sold me a car with the paint all messed up covered up by wax, unsafe worn tires, dirty oil, shocks blown out window not working right. Update - took car Glendale lnfiniti. Was told rear shock was blown out covered in oil and control arm was bad. To replace those first see if it resolves issues. After speaking with MArk so called general manager was told the other dealer is taking me on a ride. Moran u sold a certified car with blown out shocks bad control arms bad tires, market windshield that is delaminating, dirty oil. then u had me drive 150 miles to replace tires. Which then u didn’t mention any other suspension issues that very obvious. That another dealer had to repair. And on top of everything else these. TRASH CROOKS Are so dumb they sell a certified car with a open recall too. Bunch of morans. Have filed a complaint with bbb and Infiniti. Can’t wait to see u loose ur business license so can’t ROB OTHER PEOPLE. Have called INFINITI CONSUMER AFFAIRS and will be filling a dealer fraud and lemon law case next. GOOD JOb idiot More
Never Again- one of the worst Most unreliable service of any Infiniti dealer I have ever been to both on the East Coast and out West. In the past year I have brought my 2015 Q50 in Most unreliable service of any Infiniti dealer I have ever been to both on the East Coast and out West. In the past year I have brought my 2015 Q50 in to get a simple service preformed. Yet ever time I pick up my car something as minimal as a forgotten car wash, poor car wash, or unrelated new issue that was non existing beforehand is there to surprise me. Management has a very hands off approach and only when I matter is escalated do they step in. In the past year there have been two GM’s that I am aware of neither one better than the other. Mark is a basket of excuses and Jermey was no better. Their action is sub par at best. In the past year alone, not including your basic missed or poor car wash, I have returned to pick up my car as well as my wife’s 2017 QX60 only to experience battery terminals not securely fastened, onboard computer issues, hood hook/ release issues, forgotten maintenance reminder resets, and power window track issues. The service coordinator/manager, Jill is the only welcoming helpful employee at this dealership. More
